University Scholarships
In order for a student to be eligible for consideration for a UPA scholarship, he or she must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Palestinian citizen.
- Be accepted or currently enrolled at a university that is (a) located in the West Bank or Gaza Strip and (b) participates in the UPA scholarship program (the full list of participating universities can be found on the application form once it is released).
- Have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 80%, if currently a university student.
- Complete the online application in English.
- Write an essay (written in English or Arabic) that explains (a) why you chose your field of study and (b) how you plan to use your education to improve Palestinian society.
- Have a professor provide an academic and personal evaluation.
